The Order Process

Fill out the form
Use the order form below. Tell me what you want stitched, what it's going on, your timeline, and anything visual that helps.

I review the request
I'll look at what you sent and figure out what's possible. Some requests are simple. Some are oddly specific. Both are welcome.

You get a quote
A written quote lands in your email with the price and turnaround time. No surprises. 50% deposit to start.
04
You approve the plan
Digital proof or stitch-out sample before the final run. Edits happen here, not after.
05
I stitch it
Final balance due before shipping or pickup. Standard turnaround 5–10 business days. Rush available sometimes, but not magically.

· Simple designs and fewer colors usually stitch best.

· Most one-off pieces land around $20–$80 depending on stitch count and setup.

· Rush orders are possible sometimes, but not magically.

FAQ

What do you actually make?
I do machine embroidery, hand embroidery, needlepoint, and quilting. Right now custom orders are open for machine embroidery only — the rest you can follow along with on Instagram.
What kinds of items can you embroider?
Hats, beanies, sweatshirts, tees, totes, baby items, towels, robes — basically anything with a surface that can go in a machine. If you're unsure, ask.
Do you supply the item, or do I?
Both options work. You can send your own blank, or I can source one for you at cost plus a small sourcing fee. Mention it in the form.
What does pricing usually look like?
Most one-off embroidery pieces land somewhere around $20–$80, depending on size, stitch count, and what the item is. Bulk orders get volume pricing.
Do you do rush orders?
Sometimes. Not magically, but sometimes. Mention your deadline in the form and I'll let you know what's possible.
Can you embroider logos or custom artwork?
Yes — I digitize designs for embroidery. Complex artwork with lots of detail or gradients can be tricky, but most logos and illustrations work great.
What if I'm not totally sure what I want yet?
Fill out the form anyway with whatever you have. Vague is fine. Oddly specific is also fine. I'll ask follow-up questions if I need them.
Do you ship?
Yes — shipping anywhere in the US. Local pickup available in Metro Detroit area if you prefer.
Can you help refine an idea?
Yes. If your concept is vague, oddly specific, or somewhere in between, that's completely normal. We'll figure it out.
